Business Coaching Is Not For Every Contractor

You May Be A Construction Company Owner - In the center of your Comfort Zone so business coaching is a waste of time, money and effort because you are making enough money to satisfy your immediate needs with no thought about what the future may bring. Your family may disagree; however, that is a separate issue that I will not tackle here.

You Have Goals - They may be general and unformed or clearly defined and documented. It does not matter which way it is, just as long as you desire more than you have now and are willing to explore ways to get it other than learning by experience.

  1. Baseline - We ask questions, listen intently and take notes so we can understand your history, your background, why you got into the business you are in now, your business profit picture. The Right Coach - Who listens to you and focuses intently on what you are saying and not saying, who understands you, your industry, your wants, wishes and desires and has your best interest in mind is worth their weight in gold.
