Paper Intake Team Leader: Manages the Paper Intake team to sort and organize the data in the various formats we receive it in, for example, Invoices, Check Images, Bills, Receipt, Bank and Credit Card Statements and more in the soft and hard copy formats.
Paperless Document System Team Leader: His mission is to streamline everything so you spend less time and effort getting your paperwork to us. This is one of most critical functions which allows us to serve a lot of Construction Contractors all across the USA including Alaska and Hawaii.
Data Entry Team Leader: He oversees the day-to-day operations of the data entry team making certain the work-flow is smooth and balanced as possible. He oversees bank and credit card reconciliations of your account.
Bookkeeping Team Leader: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the bookkeeping staff to enter non-recurring checks, credit, debit card transactions, time cards, and invoices.
Change Agent: He is ever vigilant about keeping the paperwork flow moving smoothly and efficiently. He is always on the look-out for innovative best practices in Document Management Systems and when he finds one he works with the Project Management Office to develop a business case. If approved a new project is launched using a form of PMI Methodology, thoroughly beta tested with internal QuickBooks and Xero dummy test files. When and if the project is deemed worthwhile it is rolled out incrementally and closely monitored.
Olga Odarenko - Financial Analyst And Bookkeeper
Assistant Project Coordinator: An integral part of the Project Management Team Olga leads the implementation of process improvement projects related to back office client support. She also assists in finding, reviewing and preparing business cases for a variety of new forward-thinking SAAS best practices for improving back office client support.
Client Review: She reviews clients QuickBooks and Xero files monitoring them for transactions that we need clarification for in order to properly classify them to the correct Cost Codes and Accounts in the Chart of Accounts. She generates a report of transactions that need clarification and sends them to our clients and shortly after they have returned the report with updated information she updates QuickBooks and Xero files.
Financial Analyst: She oversees Clients QuickBooks and Xero files monitoring them for accuracy and preparing the Financial Reports. (Please note: The Financial Statements we provided are based on the information our clients provide. We do not verify the accuracy of the data they submit. The reports are intended for our client's internal use only. They are free to share them with anyone they want to; we leave that decision up to them. Payroll Team Leader: She oversees the importing of payroll data into QuickBooks and Xero from the payroll processing companies our clients use.
Change Agent: She is ever vigilant about improving and streamlining the communication between clients and the firm. She is always on the look-out for innovative best practices in Financial Reporting Systems and when she finds one she works with the Project Management Office to develop a business case. If approved a new project is launched using a form of PMI Methodology, thoroughly beta tested with internal QuickBooks and Xero dummy test files. When and if the project is deemed worthwhile it is rolled out incrementally and closely monitored.
Norhalma Verzosa, CCMP - Webmaster
Web Design: She oversees the entire web presence of Fast Easy Accounting website using a variety of SAAS tools including Hubspot, InfusionSoft, Shopify, and WordPress. She is continually keeping up with the myriad of changes in website design as well as monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of it with a variety of analytic and monitoring tools including heat-maps.
Fast Easy Accounting Store: She is responsible for maintaining, innovating, and adding new products and services of our Fast Easy Accounting Store website where we sell QuickBooks and Xero Templates, Chart of Accounts, Cost Codes and other related construction accounting products. She maintains links to related fulfillment services.
Construction Accounting Academy: She oversees the design and implementation of the Construction Accounting Academy website where we sell training for construction contractors using QuickBooks and Xero.
Social Media: She manages, maintains and updates our 70+ social media sites and responds to message posts.
Change Agent: She is ever vigilant about improving and streamlining our web presence and always on the look-out for innovative best practices in website design and direct response systems. She is attentive in keeping up to date on worthwhile SAAS that can improve our firm web presence. She works with the Project Management Office to develop a business case. If approved a new project is launched using a form of PMI Methodology, thoroughly beta tested with internal sandbox web tools. When and if the project is deemed worthwhile it is rolled out incrementally and closely monitored.
