The Strategy of Preeminence - At Fast Easy Accounting simply means our clients are under the care and protection of professionals who are looking out for their best long-term business interests similar to how your physician and/or spiritual advisor supports you in your personal life.
You Are Respected - We respect your time, your privacy and your resources. We do not intentionally sell, rent or knowingly give access to our client list to anyone. You have developed your own Business Processes and Strategy which we may become aware of and you can be assured we will keep it private.
We Are Not The Right Accounting Firm For Everyone - Only a few construction business owners will qualify to be invited to work with us and if you do not fit our parameters please do not take it personally. A contractor who wants to tell us how to do accounting and bookkeeping will not qualify. In most cases applicants are rejected for attitude more than anything else.
We Intentionally Seek Out Business Owners - Who have legitimate needs and willing to engage in a fair and open discussion about the issues they are facing and how those issues are impacting their company and themselves personally in order to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
These Discussions - Can touch on sensitive areas of finance, operations and the overall strategy of your company. Rest assured we will keep our discussions confidential and private. It is simply in everyone’s best interest to have enough information and understanding so that we can make a mutual decision on whether or not we are a good fit for each other.
Tax Issues - Every contractor has had them or will eventually have them and as long as you want to get straightened out on them we can help. If you want to know how to avoid paying taxes please do not contact us. If you want to learn how to lower your taxes we can help. We have good working relationships will all Washington State and Federal Tax Agencies and we know for a fact if a contractor has had issues in the past and is ready to make things right they will do everything within reason to help you and even more if you are our client.
Rich Or Poor Does Not Matter - To us we look beyond your current financial situation. All contractors have either had financial troubles or if you are new trust me; you will eventually have financial troubles. We have helped a lot of contractors be able to take advantage of our services with a bit of creative financing so if you need help and think you cannot afford us, think again.
