As A Construction Business Owner - I spent many a sleepless nights wondering how we were going to make payroll. Where would our next job come from? Would it be profitable or would something terrible happen to cause us to go bankrupt?
Over The Years I Gathered A Collection - Of books, tapes, CD's, DVD's, articles, clippings, stories, three ring binders, documents and more. There are over 10,000 pieces in the collection consisting of management tools, construction best practices, construction accounting, project management and a few things outside of construction and construction accounting.
I Have Decided To Share - A few of them here with my friends who read these words I write almost daily. Most of the works listed here have very little to do with our primary business, Construction Bookkeeping And Accounting; however they have everything to do with the path I took to develop a construction accounting system that put our construction business on the good part of The River Of Construction Commerce which is an article I wrote a while back that has parts of our experiences, Sharie and Randal, from the time we started our first construction business. Perhaps it will offer some insight as why I am so passionate about helping other construction business owners achieve their definition of success.
